Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zupetly Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (depending on your location and the product’s origin).

Expedited Shipping: (If applicable) Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or international logistics beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zupetly Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Fulfillment Partners
To provide you with a wide variety of products at competitive prices, we work with global fulfillment partners. This means your items are shipped directly from our specialized warehouses to your doorstep to ensure efficiency.
